Pressure Canning Basics

Pressure Canning opens the door to more complete food preservation. Vegetables must be preserved with pressure canning. Soups stews broth fish and meats all need pressure canning. This workshop will help expand your knowledge and comfort of pressure canning. You will make and take home some pressure canned products.
Bring an apron and be ready for this hands on class.
